Returns PolicyAt TBD, we do not offer returns or refunds on our products. At TBD, we intend to sell boots of the highest quality, however, due to the age and condition of some of our boots some may be posed to risk of damage, wear and tear (sole separation, peeling or tears) - which is at your own risk Many of our older boots are collectibles (5+ years old) and thus, have a higher chance of wear and tear as all materials, glue and its bonding has aged! This is common as with time, technology and manufacturing has improved and changed to enhance the durability and performance of boots to suit the conditions we play in. As we are purely a reseller, we can't guarantee the structural integrity and durability of any brand new, used or old boots/models. This is the case as we do not manufacture any boots and will not be held liable for manufacturing flaws or age as they are simply out of our control. As we are a reseller and do not manufacture our boots, we cannot make any guarantees regarding how long your boots will last. While it is uncommon that there are any issues, there may be occurrences where pairs may damage easily (often due to age). If you prefer to have a manufacturer's guarantee then we kindly suggest that you purchase a newer or current model from other retailers. It is recommended that boots produced before 2014* are not made to be used on artificial surfaces (especially if they are firm ground boots) and we do not recommend it! At TBD, we will never list anything that we believe to be suspect, unplayable or at risk of any accelerated flaws (eg, wear and tear/manufacturing issues). If you have any concerns or queries, please contact us.

Can I try a pair of boots on before I buy them?Unfortunately, we do not allow our potential customers to try on boots to work out sizing concerns as it may compromise the condition of our products. If you have any sizing concerns, please look at our SIZING section in the FAQ page or contact us regarding your queries.

How do we label the condition of our boots?BNIB - Brand New In Box BNIB suggests that the pair is fresh out of the box and will not have been worn. Most BNIB pairs come with a boot bag however, in some cases this may not occur. Brand New Brand new suggests the boots have not been worn. 9/10 This suggests the boots are in excellent used condition and are very lightly worn with minimal wear, scratches and/or marks.
